2013 Tulsa Threat Sponsorship Packet

Tulsa Threat Football is a not-for-profit organization under Oklahomans for Equality.  We welcome local and regional businesses to help support our team through exclusive tax-exempt sponsorships and advertising packages for the upcoming 2013 season.

Tulsa Threat, of the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA), is a semi-professional organization based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is the only full-contact women’s football team in the State of Oklahoma.  WFA teams play 11-on-11, tackle football against teams nationwide using mirrored rules taken from the NCAA.

This is the 3rd season for the Tulsa Threat and we hope to continue our growth and continue to foster American football to women in the Tulsa metro area.

As a registered non-profit organization under Oklahomans for Equality, we raise 100% of all funding through ticket sales, fundraising events, player dues, tax-deductible donations, and tax-deductible sponsorships from generous supporters.  In return, we offer advertising and games packages including tickets, t-shirts, and other merchandise.

Football is not an inexpensive sport and this reality necessitates each of our players to raise over $2,000 to be a player on the Tulsa Threat team each season.  The funds cover the team training, practice and game day fields, coaching, travel expenses, as well as necessary equipment and other needs during the season.  Each player makes financial and personal sacrifices to be out on the field and also contributes significantly to raising the funds necessary to ensure that each member of the team has an equal opportunity to play ball.

The Tulsa Threat appreciate donations in any capacity and all donations are tax deductible.  Without your help, we would not be able to operate.  If you would like to secure a sponsorship with the team, sponsor a player, donate merchandise, or simply make a monetary donation, the team would be pleased to hear from you.  In the event that you have any fundraising opportunities for our team, we would be interested in discussing them with you as well.  We are very willing to work with you in order to keep our team thriving.

Thank you for your interest in the Tulsa Threat!

I’m interested in officiating in your league. I have 12 years experience in high school and semi-pro football. I’m a referee in the GTOA and my crew was ranked 44th out 126 last year. We worked a 3A high school playoff game. Let me hear from you!
    Thanks
    Daryl
